  Ardi (real name Ardavan Masoudi) who works at this store is rude and pompous. Please avoid him when visiting this store, I've never come across anyone as awkward as him at any Breitling store before, he needs to wind his neck in and listen to the customer, he also needs to stop leaving fake reviews as the previous one is written by this very idiot himself.
  Lisa who works at the same Breitling Trafford Centre store is the polar opposite of Ardi, she is polite and most helpful, ask for her and you won't be disappointed.
  My very poor customer service experience with Ardi is the reason why I am leaving 1 star.
