  Love it, great location from the motorway. Good parking and the brand new facilities are a welcomed change. The quality of the snow is good and the range of shops suit most people's needs. It is a 5 minutes drive from the Trafford centre too.

  We're really lucky to have a real snow slope in Manchester! However, the management is a bit poor. I live in Lancaster and regularly drive over there only to be told that they've shortened their opening hours, are sold out, have ridiculous waiting times to use the lifts or have closed off half of the slope for an event. One example - in the height of the peak season, the closed off half of the slope and one of the two lifts for a few people to stand around in a small area taking photos. It's the only time I've engaged in conversation with people waiting for the lifts - nobody was impressed. They make a huge effort to get you to go and to sell you a monthly pass - but you have to make the effort to figure out if there's actually any value in it. I've had several emails in the past few weeks enticing me to renew my monthly subscription but not one telling me that opening hours have been vastly reduced.
