  Awful place. Awful provider. Worst customer service I've EVER come across! Firstly I was customer of o2 for over a decade. I recently renewed my phone contract along with my fiancée's in this store at the Trafford centre (around 3 months ago) and was MISS-SOLD phone insurance by the spotty kid that served us, on the day he served us, we must have been sat in there for at least 2 hours because he kept doing things wrong and asking for the managers assistance in which the manager kept apologising to us and explained to us that he had just started and was 'learning the ropes'. We gave him the benefit of the doubt as we weren't in a rush and we all have to start somewhere. Eventually we finally left with 2x new iPhone 6s' both fully insured for theft/loss and damage!! (APPARENTLY!!)
  
  Then what happened? Last week I lose my phone! I call up o2 'customer service' (if that's what u wanna call it) and explain to them what happened. They block my sim so it can't be used. I then mention making an insurance claim. They tell me there's NO INSURANCE ON THE ACCOUNT? Although I have been paying this since we renewed our contracts as explained by the spotty kid that served us, "you will now be paying to separate payments for both phones because they are insured"!!
  
  The store messed up and o2 are trying to shaft me!! I've rang so called 'customer service' on various occasions, I've been into various o2 stores and they are all useless and don't want to know when you have a problem like this, yet they are your best friend when you are sat down with them and they are taking your money!!!! O2 ain't getting a further penny off me, both contracts cancelled and I'm now with EE. EE is a much better provider with a larger 4G coverage, cheaper deals, excellent customer service and very helpful staff who explain everything to you unlike o2 falsely selling insurance!!!!

  My discount that was agreed hasn't been applied and O2 said I need to call the store - except the problem is they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I've been trying for 2 days now and no one ever answers the phone.
